“I like the idea of bringing a character to something that is made purely for its functionality. I saw this photo my friend posted one day of a candle holder that is covered in melted wax, and immediately, I am amazed at the sculptural form created through time by the natural burning and melting of the material. The sensation through the look of a melted object is somewhat so comfortable, so free.”
